Tiffany Mawhinney


Tiffany brings over 20 years of experience in the consumer industry focused on designing and implementation growth strategies in the areas of digital commerce, marketing, merchandising as well as store operations and customer experience. She helps brands identify, design and implement consumer-driven solutions to grow share and evolve their operations.

Tiffany has architected & led several large global initiatives at a variety of brands which have had significant impacts on their top-line growth and profitability.  Her results-focused approach to building diverse teams and driving an inclusive culture has made Tiffany one of Deloitte’s most effective leaders of business transformation.

Tiffany works extensively with retailer and consumer brands both domestically and abroad. She holds an MBA in Global Supply Chain and International Business from UNC-Chapel Hill, a Luxury Brand Management Diploma from ESSEC, as well as serves as Deloitte’s Ambassador for the Network of Executive Women-CPG/Retail, and a member of the Retail Ascendant Council.
