Val Oswalt is CEO of Century Snacks, experts in seasoned nuts and unique trail mixes that satisfy consumer needs for healthy snack options. Previously Val served as President, NA Confections for Mondelēz International, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands that included Cadbury, Trident and Sour Patch Kids. Her career at Mondelēz International spanned multifunctional leadership roles in Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance.
Prior to Mondelēz International, she worked at Deloitte & Touche where she earned her CPA. She currently serves on the board of the Network of Executive Women and the Food Marketing Institute. Val received her MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Queens College of the City University of NY.
