Eva Kohn is executive vice president, chief revenue officer of CBA Industries, the preeminent distributor of advertising circulars in the New York and New Jersey area. Kohn focuses on bringing consultative solutions to the organization's biggest clients and driving profitable results. She began her career in the advertising department of a wholesale grocer in Baltimore. She later held positions of increasing responsibility at direct mail media company ADVO, including regional vice president for the Northeast and national vice president, strategic accounts, leading cross-functional client teams focused on the company's largest clients and opportunities. Under her leadership, revenue increased 25 percent to nearly $410 million. When Valassis acquired ADVO in 2007, Kohn was promoted to senior vice president, strategic accounts, responsible for more than $1 billion in revenue, leading the company’s largest and most profitable sales team focused on the retail, fast food and grocery industries. Kohn served as a NEW Board director at large from 2012 through 2014 and co-facilitated the Network's Diversity and Inclusion Conference in 2012. She serves on the board of the YWCA in Hartford, Conn., as is an active volunteer and fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In 2011, she was recognized by Working Mother Magazine for her mentoring efforts. In 2012, Kohn was named one of the Most Influential Women in Connecticut by the Tri-State Diversity Council.
